The portal runs its own Discord application - separate redirect URIs and a secret that should rotate independently of the allcom.zone bot - so every provider variable it reads now honours a PLAYTEST_ prefixed override and only falls back to the shared unprefixed one when that is unset. Covers Discord, Mickle and the Steam Web API key. Also documents PLAYTEST_PRIVACY_POLICY_URL, which admin/products.ts already read but .env.example never mentioned.
