    Fixed

    • A game that Windows started without giving it focus (it covers the screen, but the desktop or taskbar stays active) now switches the category without an extra Alt+Tab
    • Foreground detection no longer stalls while the focused window is not responding (e.g. a game loading)
    • Focus changes are written to the log, to make switching problems easier to report
